Ordering Window

Deep Cutts operates on an ordering window model. Orders are collected during defined ordering windows, then produced as a batch after the window closes.

When an ordering window is closed, new orders cannot be placed. Future seasons will open in their own ordering windows.

Fulfillment

Orders ship after production concludes. Orders are collected during an ordering window, then produced as a batch. You will receive email updates about your order status if you opted in during checkout.

Pricing and Shipping

Season One products: Pack $14.99, League Box $79 during the Founders' Window (limited to 25 leagues, serialized; $99 after the window closes), Complete Set $149. Prices are confirmed at checkout.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order and free on orders over $75. We ship within the United States only.

Proof Review, Revisions, and Cancellation

After you place an order, you receive a 72-hour proof review window to verify names, team names, and season data. One revision round is included during this window.

When the proof review window ends, the batch locks and goes to production. Locked orders are final and cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded, because every run is custom-made and sealed for your league.

If an error in a sealed order was made by Deep Cutts, we reprint the affected cards at no charge. If the error came from information you submitted or approved during proof review, the affected cards can be reprinted at cost. Cards with printing defects or shipping damage are replaced at no charge.

Product Details

Deep Cutts produces premium custom fantasy football trading cards based on your league's season data. Each order includes:

• Pack (6 cards): one manager card, one season insert, and four matchup or base cards
• League Box (36 cards in six 6-card packs): the podium suite (champion, runner-up, third place) across its insert slots and exactly two BIG hits at Gold or better
• Complete Set: the league's full Series One checklist in base silver, with no parallels

Foil parallels in packs and boxes are chance-based per pack. Published odds: Blue 1 in 3 packs, Gold 1 in 10 packs. One Holo Champion 1/1 per league enters the run only if the league reaches one pack per manager by window close. Print runs are sealed at window close and are not reprinted.

League Data Usage

By placing an order, you confirm that you have permission to use your fantasy league's data for card generation purposes.

Deep Cutts accesses only the data necessary to create your cards and does not share your league information with third parties.
